I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I am passionate about supporting individuals in finding meaning and balance in a world that can often feel overwhelming. My approach focuses on building resilience, fostering connection, and strengthening self-trust to support lasting, meaningful change.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over a decade working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the impact of difficult or traumatic relationships. This experience continues to inform my compassionate and grounded approach.

I understand that reaching out for support takes courage. Therapy can be a transformative process—one that invites self-reflection, healing, and growth. Together, we explore the roots of your experiences and develop practical, supportive ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

In addition to my counselling work, I coordinate a multidisciplinary team at a mental health centre and provide supervision and mentorship to psychology students.

I am committed to offering a safe, compassionate space where you can deepen self-awareness, navigate challenges, and reconnect with your sense of purpose.
